1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Artwork Sales

All artwork sales are final. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity
• Limited edition prints are numbered and signed
• Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout
• International shipping may be subject to customs fees

3. Commissions

Commission agreements are formalized through a separate contract. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Commissions are non-refundable after the concept approval stage.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Shahid Kabir and protected by copyright law. Reproduction rights remain with the artist even after sale of the physical artwork. Commercial use of images requires written permission.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Large artworks may require special handling and extended shipping times. All artworks are fully insured during transit. Delivery times vary by location.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Website Use

You may not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs the availability or accessibility of the website. You may not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shahid Kabir Studio will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or artwork purchased through it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
